Wang Hinghoi is a modern Thai fine dining restaurant in Huai Khwang, named after the palace of fireflies and built around that theme. Chef Nick, full name Nutthapol Pavapaiboon, deconstructs well-known Thai recipes and rebuilds them with contemporary technique. Menus change every few months, and the venue has a small private gallery. It serves dinner, takes reservations and has cocktails, wine and beer.
